What is Crystal Healing?
​Crystal healing is like giving your energy a spa day! It's all about using the natural vibes of crystals to help you feel more balanced, relaxed, and ready to take on the world. Each crystal has its own unique power—think of them as nature’s little superheroes. Whether it’s calming amethyst for a peaceful mind, rose quartz for a heart full of love, or clear quartz for some serious energy cleansing, these sparkling stones are said to work their magic on your body, emotions, and spirit. You can place them on your body, carry them around, or simply keep them nearby to soak up their good energy. It’s like inviting a crystal party into your life, where each stone brings its own special vibe to help you feel your best!
Cleansing Your Crystals
Now we're gonna talk about different ways of cleansing your crystals! There are many ways to cleanse that negativity energy and recharge those bad boys for when you'll need them again. Ironically using Selenite is a great way to cleanse and recharge any crystals because of its affinity to purify. A great way to do this is having a charging plate made of Selenite, just put whatever crystal you would like on top of the plate and feel as those negative thoughts and energies dissipate while recharging the crystal for future use!

Full moon water is another way to cleanse and recharge your crystals. To make full moon water you fill a bowl with water and leave it sit out during the next full moon. When you wake up the next day you can cleanse the crystals you want and then bottle the rest for future use. You can submerge them or wipe them down with a damp cloth. For softer and more porous stones I would wipe them down instead of submerging or use the Selenite method for those.

A third method you can use is to smudge the crystals with sage or palo santo. To achieve this we are going to light our smudging tool and just wave it over the crystals imagining all the bad energy leaving and feeling it recharge with positivity
